So here we are at day 3 of no drinking for me . Ive been drinking steadily mostly HEAVILY since 1984 . Im 41 so this has made me basically a LIFER alcoholic.I feel good . I went to bed at a reasonable time . I actually laid in bed and watched some TV w/ my fiance . Good conversation . I will contact The CHILDRENS Museum to Volunteer 30 hrs a week until I find employment . I notice a huge difference in how I feel . My chilren are perfect. Sometimes I had lost that sentiment . Not the LOVE ,but the true meaning of fatherhood and how Im the parent not the Brother of Friend . I also can see I may have some work to do reversing this . Going from NUTTY "Do what ya want" dad to a serious parent will be a challenge for me and the children .

Hi Bobby,Glad to see you are trying to quit drinking. I pray that you will succeed. It is a long hard road and you will fall off the wagon afew times but don't get discouraged. Just take it one day at a time. I miss you guys. Good luck Bobby, I know you can do it.
